She is survived by: her children, Bertram Briggs of Middleboro, Massachusetts, Lynn Wells (Brian) of Germany, Cynthia Briggs of Middleboro, Massachusetts and Vernon Briggs (Elizabeth) of Wells, Maine.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
