It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn DiBiase of Portland, Maine, born in Freeport, Maine, who passed away on March 25, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clara Fogg and Merrill Fogg; her siblings, Edwin, Donald, Merrill Jr., Joseph, Ernest and Emily; her stepsister Charlotte; her son-in-law Scott Decker; and her children, Cynthia Decker, Camillo DiBiase (Linda) and John DiBiase Maria (Lynne). She was also cherished by her 8 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren.
