We are sad to announce that, on December 20, 2025, at the age of 84, Mark David LaPointe of Portland, Maine, born in Brunswick, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert LaPointe and Ruth LaPointe (Spillane); and his brother-in-law Mark. He is survived by: his wife Diane McAvoy LaPointe; his daughters, Mary Farley (Jeffery) of South Portland and Michelle LaPointe of Cambridge, MA.; his grandchildren, Nicholas (Ellie), Teresa and Margaret Farley; and his siblings, Christine Bartlett (Donald), Thomas LaPointe (Jan Abendroth), Connie Brennan (late Joseph) and John LaPointe.
