He is survived by: his wife Jackie Martin; his children, Joshua Martin (Jacqueline Martin), Sara Berry-Dermody (Christopher Dermody) and Heather Berry (Adam Bales); and his grandchildren, Sydney, Alexandra Martin, Janie Mehringer, Lia Dermody and Avalynn Bales.
