He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Rowe and Dorothy Rowe (Sayward); and his siblings, Dennis, Stanley Rowe and Charlene Gilman.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Rowe (Goff); his children, Brenda Rowe of Andover, ME, Mark Rowe of Otisfield, Richard Rowe of Buxton, Kevin Rowe, Cheryl Nelson of Sebago, Scott Harmon of Standish and Michael Harmon of Hollis; and his sister Melinda Patterson of Otisfield. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; twenty-six great grandchildren; and many great great grandchildren.
