He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Foley (Conley) and Philip Foley; his wife Lenora Foley (Maietta); his siblings, Bartley, Martin, Joseph, James and Mary; his son Philip J. Foley; and his grandson Anthony S. Ascanio.
He is survived by: his children, Serena A. Ascanio, Kevin M. Foley (Lea Foley), Peter M Foley Jr. and Maria E. Foley; his daughter-in-law Trina Foley; and his siblings, Barbara, Philip and Johnny. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
