He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Richard. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Merrill Budd; his sons, Rolf Lawrence Budd (Diane Decker) and Eric Merrill Budd; his grandchildren, Jamie Patricia Budd, Victoria Williams Merrill Budd and Tyler James Richard Budd; and his great grandchild James Sydney Frederick.
