She was predeceased by: her parents, Harland Bliss and Etta Bliss (Sanborn). She is survived by: her pet Charlotte; her husband Joe Rankin; her children, Amanda Jackson (Kermit Hanscome) of West Baldwin and Joseph D. Rankin of West Baldwin; her siblings, Leighton Bliss of Baldwin, Virginia Norton of Baldwin and Gene Bliss of Baldwin; her grandchildren, Nicole, Joseph, Deanna and Richard; and her great grandchildren, Braden, Liam, Charlie, Gabby and Addison.
