He was predeceased by: his parents, Antoinette Leadville Boulanger and Wilfred Boulanger; and his wife Florence. He is survived by: his daughter Sandra (Donald Burton) of Windham; his grandson Justin Rich (Trevi Lough); his great grandchildren, Oscar and Adeline of Concord, MA.; his son Kenneth Boulanger of Buckfield, ME; and his granddaughters, Heather and Ashley of South Carolina.
