He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Jane Clark (Warman). He is survived by: his father Lawrence Edward of Houlton; his wife Kathy Levensailor Clark; his son Douglas; his grandson Lucian of Falmouth; his brothers, Richard Clark (Kerstin) of Salem, N. H. and Douglas Clark of Presque Isle; and his siblings' children, Melissa Clark of Salem, N. H. and William Clark (Chloe) of Wakefield, Mass..
