Alden Holmes Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alden Holmes of Presque Isle, Maine, who passed away on May 7, 2026 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Holmes and Doris Holmes (Wright); his wife Diane Holmes; and his siblings, Leonard, Bailey Holmes, Lucille Baker, Audrey Wortman, Loretta York and Carmen Hoyt.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Holmes (Teresa) of Bellows Falls, VT, Randy Holmes of Bellows Falls, VT, Linda Furgat (Michael) of Saxtons River, VT, Karen Jenisch of Rockingham, VT and Bonnie Dozella of Kent, CT.. He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
