We announce the death of Alma P. Libby of Presque Isle, Maine, who passed away on August 1, 2026, at the age of 97. Alma will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard C. Doyen and Pearle Doyen (Sweatt); her brother Willard C. Doyen, Jr.; and her spouse Ellery K. Libby. She is survived by: her children, Stewart Libby (Cissy), Sandra Brewer, Brent Libby (Bridget) and Julie Libby (Ralph Michaud); her grandchildren, Rick Briggs (Meg), Hollie Cushman (Ryan) and Jared Brewer (Jenn); her great grandchildren, Kayla Lawlor (Pete), Connor Briggs (Hayley), Tucker Briggs, Ella Brewer and Libby Cushman; her great great grandchildren, Riley and Claire Lawlor; and her son-in-law Teddy Brewer. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
