He was predeceased by: his parents, Hartson Blackstone, and Kathryn Blackstone, Sr. (Hughes); his wife Milly; his son Robert "Bob" Blackstone; and his siblings, Phillip, Richard, Mary and Ruth.
He is survived by: his daughter Carolann Cain (Gus); his daughter-in-law Bonnie Lou Blackstone; his grandchildren, Robbie, Angela, Shannon and Ashley; his great grandchildren, Danielle, Taylor, Brooke, MacKenzie, Olivia, Cassidy, Ryan, Oliver, Rozlyn and Eliza; and his great great grandchildren, Ava, Kingston, Christiano, Santiago and Ari.
