It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Arthur LaPointe (Presque Isle, Maine), who passed away on March 25, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard LaPointe and Pauline LaPointe (Flannigan); his wife Donna LaPointe; and his sister Bonnie Dow. He is survived by: his children, Bev Clayton (Dwight) of Mapleton, Sandy Collins (Danny) of Mapleton and Bryan LaPointe (Tanya) of Mapleton; his close friend Brenda Chapman; his siblings, Michael LaPointe (Donna) of Casco, Stephen LaPointe (Kathy) of Naples and Nancy Joseph of Palm Bay, FL; and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn LaPointe of Weare, NH and Darrell Dow of Mapleton. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
