Robert John Cawley Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert John Cawley of Presque Isle, Maine, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 29, 2025 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cawley and Hilma Nickerson (Conley); his stepfather Dana Nickerson; his birth parents, Susan Boutot and Larry Robichaud; and his father-in-law John Lagerstrom.
He is survived by: his wife Trudy; his children, Christopher (Claire Carroll) and Michelle (Nathan Roberts); his grandson Riley Roberts; his sister Pamela (Michael Martin); his mother-in-law Marena Lagerstrom; his siblings-in-law, Ann Block and Paul Lagerstrom; his aunts, Kay Adams and Janice Conley; his nieces, Danielle Martin, Angela Scheibler, Dr. Kristina Block, Jenna Block, Lindsey Lagerstrom and Emily Lagerstrom; and his nephew Joshua Martin.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Grant Memorial United Methodist Church (79 Fleetwood St, Presque Isle, ME 04769). A reception will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 3:15 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks those who wish to remember Robert in a special way make gifts in his memory payable to the Aroostook House of Comfort (PO Box 867, Presque Isle, ME 0469) and the Central Aroostook Humane Society (210 Cross St, Presque Isle, ME 04769).
