He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gordon "Red" Stitham and Roberta Stitham (Thompson); his wife Colleen Stitham (Sylvester) of Mars Hill; his daughters, Michelle Gardiner of Mars Hill, Melinda Stitham-Brown (Melissa Brown) of West Gardiner and Sara Gorneault (Tom) of Presque Isle; his grandchildren, Bryan Stitham (Cheyenne), Kailyn Stitham and Riley Stitham-Brown; his great grandchildren, Aubriella, Cecilia, Indi James, Benson, Alden and Daniel; and his siblings, Gordon (Susan) of Orrington, Michael (Suzanne) of Mars Hill, Peter (Claudia) of Mattawamkeag, David (Norma) of Mars Hill, Priscilla York of Mattawamkeag and Alvin Stitham. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
