He was predeceased by: his parents, Emile J. Poulinand Vera Poulin and Ames; and his siblings, Paul, David and Claudette Lemar.

He is survived by: his wife Wanda Poulin (Gerard) of Randolph; his stepdaughter Dixie Doyle (Steven) of Gardiner; his children, Heidi Gerard of Augusta, Bryan Poulin and Ruth-Ann Poulin; his grandchildren, Cody Berry, Devon Coro, Owen Doyle and Garret Doyle; and his great grandchild Nova Berry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Travis Mills Foundation or the Maine Children's Home in Donald's honor.
