He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Wilbur) of Raymond; his children, John W Kelley III (Tania) and Kimberly A Kelley; and his grandchildren, Neala Grace Kelley and Eamon James Kelley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Flagstaff Memorial Chapel. A burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at the Flagstaff Cemetery.
