He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred George and Francis May Dore Piper; his wife Carolyn; his siblings, Verna, Vivian, Anna, Clenda, Harriet, Carolyn, Ormand and Granville; his daughter-in-law Barbara; and his granddaughter Emily.
He is survived by: his siblings, Eleanor Brown, June Piper, Rick Piper and Lewis Piper; and his sons, Don (Jackie), Dan (Catherine) and Steve (Ann). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
