He is survived by : his wife Darlene Cunningham; his children, Tony and Tina; his grandchildren, Ashley, Shawn and Amber; his great grandchildren, Westin, Kali and Hailey; his sisters, Debbie Bailey (Jeff) and Sherry Callahan; and his sisters-in-law, Jolene Cunningham, Sally Shaw and Karen Greenleaf. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
