He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Foster Halsey and Josephine Bernadette O'Brien; his wife Beverly Jeanne Halsey; and his son Paul Anthony Halsey. He is survived by: his children, Raymond Halsey, Roburta Halsey, Mary Halsey, George Halsey and Sean Halsey. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
