He is survived by: his wife Tammy Hand; his children, Bailey Hand, Jasmine Hand, Lucas Hand and Amber Hand; his granddaughter Kairi Tardy-Hand; and his siblings, Sandra Fournier (Jason Fournier), Debbie Beiser (Jason Beisner), Heidi Brown (Jason Brown) and James Hand (Tabby Hand). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Steve's memory to the Dempsey Center in Lewiston, Maine, whose support and services provide comfort and hope to individuals and families facing cancer and were integral to he and his wife during this time.
