He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Mansir-Batchelder and Beatrice Mansir-Batchelder; his grandfather Charles D. Batchelder; and his brother Chris D. Elliot. He is survived by: his children, Thomas (Michele), David Batchelder (Crystal) and Jessica Beck; and his sister Karen Colby. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
