He is survived by: his sons, Steven Powell (Linda) and Bruce Powell; his siblings, Beulah Tweedie, Arvilla Collins (Mike) and Patrick Powell (Marie); and his grandchildren, Amanda Powell and Alex Powell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
