He was predeceased by: his father Philip E. Spaulding; his brothers, Arnold and Gerald Spaulding; his parents-in-law, Charles D. Sr. and Virginia R. Blake; his in-laws, Rose M., Dianna P., James A. and Eric J. Blake; and his granddaughter Aaliyah Carballo.
He is survived by: his mother Janet E. Carter; his wife Teresa Blake; his children, Jessica Carballo (Todd) and Jason Spaulding (Lisa); his siblings, Jeff Spaulding (Tracy), Jennifer O'Hara (F. J.) and Glen Spaulding (Carolyn); and his siblings-in-law, Robin Spaulding, Dougie Blake, Dana D. Blake, Stephanie R. Blake, Jason Blake and Galen L. Blake.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Achorn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Gary's memory to the Barbara Bush Children's Hospital.
