He is survived by: his mother Janet E. Carter; his wife Teresa Blake; his children, Jessica Carballo (Todd) and Jason Spaulding (Lisa); his siblings, Jeff Spaulding (Tracy), Jennifer O'Hara (F. J.) and Glen Spaulding (Carolyn); his siblings-in-law, Robin Spaulding, Dougie Blake, Dana D. Blake, Stephanie R. Blake, Jason Blake and Galen L. Blake; his grandchildren, Olivia, Katie, Quincy, Jayce, Nadia and Niles; his great grandchildren, Jordan, Nolan, Rylan, Natalia, Benjamin, Landon and Leighton; his stepmother Cynthia Steele-Spaulding; and the mother of his children Penny Dearborn.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Gary's memory to the Barbara Bush Children's Hospital.
