She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Lindsey and Myrtle Lindsey (Dunbar). She is survived by: her husband Granville Ames; her brothers, Byron Huntley and Gerry Lindsey; her children, Carolyn Ames Cross, Clifton Ames (Amy), Cathleen Ames (Laudelino Cruz) and Shay Ames; her grandchildren, Kimberly Reed, Dalton Reed, Bryson Ames, Brayden Ames, Zeke Ames, Meraiah Collins (Anthony), Clara Ames-Cruz and Elliot Ames-Cruz; and her great grandchildren, Brinley Reed, Crew Reed, Isadora Reed, Ivory Reed, Lucas Singer, Lily-May Collins and Emily Singer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
