Robert Briggs Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Dobson and Pauline Stearns Briggs of Hampden; and his brother Richard Gordon Briggs. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Farnham Briggs; his daughter Heather Briggs Mackey; his son-in-law Todd William Mackey; his grandchildren, Brenna Briggs Mackey of Rockport and Dillon Patrick Mackey of Salida, Colorado.; his sister Margaret Briggs of Bennington, Vermont; and his cousins, Linda Stearns, Mary Hubbell, Paul Stearns, Scott, David and Michael Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Bob's memory may be made to Maine Public Broadcasting Network (MPBN), your local public broadcasting station, or the Maine Community Foundation—organizations that were favorites of Bob's and can always use support.
