He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah Lord (Starrett) and Dr. Judson P. Lord; and his sister Louise Pottle Joki. He is survived by: his wife Gail Lord (Bicknell); and his children, Christina Merrifield (John), Tammie Gerrish Carlisle (Andrew) and Douglas Lord (Robin). He is also survived by five grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home (110 Limerock St, Rockland, ME 04841). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
