She is survived by: her children, Erik Dickson (Cheryl) and Erin Manwaring (Chris); her grandchildren, Lila and Ronan; and her siblings, Marlena Akhbari, Peter Hanson and Michael Hanson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you "pay it forward" and help others in your community that need assistance.
