He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sullivan and Viola Sullivan (Legere); his stepmother Evelyn Cormier Sullivan; his sisters, Viola Sullivan and Joanna Leclerc; his nephew Sgt. Lawrence Roukey; his niece Karol Sullivan; and his close friend Digger.

He is survived by: his daughters, Ellen Marie Legere (Thomas) of Norfolk, VA and Jayne Pasquali (Wayne Tardy) of South Portland; the mother of his children Sandra Curato; his daughter Vinnie Pasquali; his grandchildren, Cody Allen (Caitlyn), David Jones II (Victoria), Olivia Jones Lusher (Matthew), Ethan Jones, Francesca, Julia and Vincent Pasquali; his great grandchildren, Noah and Adeline Allen; his nephew Paul Sullivan; his niece Dotty Collins; and his siblings, Elaine Rucker, Robert Cormier of North Carolina and James Cormier.
