He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Newton Hammond and Lorraine Hammond (Davis); and his siblings, Barbara Hammond of Rumford and David Bean (family: Patty, Melissa, Michele, Becky, Jessica).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Meader & Son Funeral Home (3 Franklin St, Rumford, ME 04276).
In honor of Tom's love of his pets, especially cats, the family asks that donations be made to Responsible Pet Care of South Paris or a charity of one's choice in Tom's memory.
