He was predeceased by : his parents, Gerard Desbiens and Laurianne Desbiens (Saindon); his brother Paul; and his former life partners, Jennie and Doris.
He is survived by : his wife Pauline Desbiens of Sabattus; his children, Debra (Jody Bridges) and Mike Desbiens (Claudia); and his grandchildren, Megan, Grant, Catlin, Page and Sophia. He is also survived by three stepsons, two stepdaughters, ten step-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.
