With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Charlotte F. Brown of Saco, Maine, born in Biddeford, Maine, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Bagley and Newman Bagley. She is survived by: her siblings, Michael Bagley (Erica) of Hampstead, NH, Victoria Bagley of Dunedin, FL, Barbara Cassidy (Mark) of Saco and Amy Bagley of Hallowell Maine; her nephew Riley; and her nieces, Amanda and Clara. She is also survived by many cousins and her aunt.
