He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Howland and Gladys Howland (Clements); and his brother Russell Howland Jr. (Rusty). He is survived by: his wife Joanne Howland; his daughter Mickella Howland (Marlena Ross); and his siblings, Linda Sargent (James), Mark Howland (Mary), Holly Lamontagne (Richard), Sherry Geaumont (Randy), Chris Howland (Julia) and Vickie Baronas (Lee). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
