She was predeceased by: her parents, Finnish and Saima Elo (Sunila); her husband John A. Countaway Sr.; her children, John A. Countaway Jr. and Laura B. Kezar; and her siblings, Hebert Elo, Aune Duffy and Lillian Coffill.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen R. Dumais (Frank); her grandchildren, Stacey Robinson (Tom), Joe Kezar (Tricia), David Dumais (Sahra), Brian Dumais (Susan) and Valarie Conley (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Micah, Isaac, Anna, Lucian, Aaron, Andrew, Lydia, Judah, Lauren and Martha.
She volunteered with RSVP (retired seniors volunteer program) which matches the personal interests and skills of older Americans with opportunities to serve their communities.
