He was predeceased by: his parents, Elise Morneau and Berthe Morneau (LeBlanc); his grandson Nicholas Lumb; and his siblings, Diane, Lucienne, Roger, Conrad, Beatrice, Solange, Edouard and Edgar.
He is survived by: his wife Germaine Morneau; his children, Martial Morneau, Guilda Smith (Doug), Carole Lumb (William), Marco Morneau (Carrie) and Brigitte Pendleton (David); his grandchildren, Marie, Jacynthe, Justine, Pierre, Dean, Nathalie, Travis, Jennifer, Julia, Luke, Shana and Valerie; and his siblings, Garcia, Elaine, Maurice, Germain, Charles, Donat and Rodrigue. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
