He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bouffard and Fabiola Bouffard (Beaudet); his former wife Lorraine Bouffard (Poirier); his son Roger Bouffard; and his siblings, Edmond, Andrew, Renald Jean "Joe" Bouffard, Blanche Chabot and Marie Ange Perreault.
He is survived by: his fiancé Patrice Gilbert of Saco; his children, Michael Bouffard (Melanie) of Sebago, Amy Calo (Thomas) of Biddeford and Jenny Straetz of Saco; and his partner's children, Leslie Yerxa of Tennessee and Matthew Randall (Anne) of Gorham. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 10 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
