He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Pate (Kandice) of Stafford, VA, Bryce Pate (Katie) of Alton, NH, Derek Pate of Portsmouth, NH and Hayden Pate of Kittery, ME; his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Ryder, Leland, Kaylyn and Duncan; and his brothers, Michael Pate (Paula) of Standish and Danny Pate (Bryce) of Lake Wales, FL. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
