She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fredericks and Virginia Fredericks (Swart); and her sister Elizabeth Fredericks. She is survived by: her children, Katharine Paolini (Michael Lodge-Paolini) and Charles Jacobs (Charlotte); her brothers, Charles Fredericks (Nancy), Phillip Fredericks, Stephen Fredericks (Anne-Rose van den) and Bossche; her niece Sophia Fredericks; and her grandchildren, Lauren Jacobs and Charles Jacobs.
