He is survived by: his father Gary Devoe Sr. of Portland; his brother Gary Devoe Jr. (Heidi Osborn) of Gorham; his nieces and nephews, Anna and Kelly Devoe; his siblings, William Devoe (Janet Devoe) and Stacey Hagerman; his nephew Todd Hagerman Jr.; his niece Liz Hagerman; his granddaughter Aaliyah Hagerman; his brother Albert Devoe; his niece Laura Devoe; and his brothers, Dwayne Welch and Mike Bell.
