She is survived by: her husband Fred Collins; her children, Stephen Collins (Cindy), Craig Collins (Paula), Anthony Collins (Lauren), Amy Wells (David) and Leslie Constantine; her grandchildren, Meghann, Emily, Elise, Krista, Ciara, Alexis, Rachel, Alexandra and Cole; and her great grandchildren, Timothy, Elizabeth, Katherine, Annabelle, Sadie, Cameron and Colton.
