She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Sullivan and Anne Sullivan (Wilson); her husband Roy Johnson; and her brothers, John Sullivan and Kevin Sullivan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kristin Johnson (Thomas Mills) and Susan McCulloch (Chris); her grandchildren, Anna, Drew, Patrick, Mary, Maeve and Dylan; her great grandchild Colton; her brother Michael Sullivan (Carol); and her nieces, Jenna Sullivan and Courtney Sullivan.
