Patricia Guimond Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2021, at the age of 78, Patricia Guimond of Saco, Maine, born in Portland, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Skippy" and Mary Markley (Fields); her son Lincoln J. Guimond; and her siblings, Kathleen Rice and James Markley.

She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa White (Gordon) of California, Jeannine Allen of Auburn, Kathleen Lyden (David) of Portland, Renee Jurek (Chris) of Michigan and Krista Mora (Bryan) of Gorham; her brothers, Thomas Markley (Brenda) of Falmouth, Joseph Markley (Peg) of Portland and Timothy Markley (Susan) of Falmouth; and her granddaughter Nicole Allen. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.

“May you find comfort in the wonderful memories of your times with your mom. Your mom and dad raised some fabulous kids who they were proud of. I used to talk to Pat about you all when I delivered mail at her work. She was always so pleasant and loved to talk! Also, my dad loved your dad; he always said that Lincoln was the nicest man he had ever known. It is so difficult to lose our parents (they're together now!), they are like the main glue of the family. I hope you find comfort in each other.”
