He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Howe and Jeannette Howe (Dauphinais); his former wife Rita Howe (Blais); and his siblings, Donald, Raymond, Francais, Theresa, Norman and Freddie.
He is survived by: his wife Paulette Millette Howe; his children, Dennis Howe (Susan), Lorie Menard (Bob) and Debbie Arnold (Glen); his grandchildren, Amanda, Dilan, Alex, Sarah, Kordell and Kylie; his great grandchild Logan; and his siblings, Pat Roberts (Bob), Sandra Buzzell, Nancy Kindler (Warren), Robert (Judy) and Donna Lasczak. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Paul's name to Make-A-Wish Foundation.
