He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Foran and Lina Foran (Goulet); and his sister Josephine Foran. He is survived by: his wife Claire Foran (Bonsaint); his sons, Kevin Foran, Richard Foran (Melissa) and Thomas Foran (Jonathan Dyer); his sisters, Edna Moore (Jerry), Phyllis Goulet and Betty Foran; and his cousin Carol Patterson (Tate). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
