He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Frenette and Adrienne Frenette (Gagne); and his siblings, Tony, Roland, Rita and Violet.

He is survived by: his wife Priscille Frenette; his children, Ricky Frenette of North Carolina and Christine Cloutier (Heath); and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Ricky Jr., Corey and Morgan. He is also survived by four great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
