It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rachel M. Mondor of Saco, Maine, who passed away on May 19, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Adjutor Letourneau and Adelina Letourneau (Ouellette); her husband Norman Mondor; her son Russell Mondor; and her siblings, Lorraine Frechette, Alfred "Pete" Letourneau, Jean Paul Letourneau, Rene Letourneau (Rachel), Yvonne Letourneau, Noel Letourneau and Roland Letourneau.
She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Clegg (Michael), Linda Mondor, Richard Mondor (Denise), Donna Monk (Wayne) and Nancy Souliere (James); her daughter-in-law Julie Mondor; and her grandchildren, Katie, Matthew, Mariah, Kimberly, Zach, Richard Jr., Jessica, Erika, Jennifer and Kristyn. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cote Funeral Home Chapel (87 James St, Saco, ME 04072). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Most Holy Trinity Church (271 Main St, Saco, ME 04072). A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at the Laurel Hill Cemetery (293 Beach St, Saco, ME 04072).
