It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Bruce Whitten of Saco, Maine, who passed away on May 3, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Russell Bruce Whitten to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fordest Whitten and Cora Whitten (Berry); his wife Sharon; and his siblings, Robert Whitten, James Whitten, Phyllis Wormwood and Elaine Whitten.

He is survived by: his sons, Rusty Whitten and Jason Whitten; his siblings, Kenneth Whitten, Carolyn Goodwin and Lucille Whitten Grundel; and his grandsons, Emery and Ryder. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Russell owned and operated Whitten & Sons Foundation Company for many years.
