Sandra Lyn Ragan Obituary

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Sandra may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklyn Ragan and Margaret Ragan. She is survived by: her husband Thom Rousselle; her brothers, Richard Ragan, Dan Ragan and Douglas Ragan; and her sisters-in-law, Réne Ragan, Cindi Ragan and Jacquie Peverell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Union Church (3 Stonecliff Road., Biddeford, ME 04005). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Nonantum Resort (95 Ocean Ave, Kennebunkport, ME 04046).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Sandy's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
