She is survived by: her daughters, Nichole Fortin and Jennifer Croteau; her husband Richard Kozloff; her grandchildren, Taylor Voisine, Alyssa Voisine, Jacob Fortin, Maddox Chan and Mia Chan; her close friend Pam Swanson; her sister Sheila Webber; her niece Meredith Merritt; and her nephew Dan Stanley.
